The group was formed in 2003 with only one company - Ramanah and Associates (formerly Worldwide Business Outsourcing). In 2005 the Promoters, Mr K Vishal and Mr K Adesh Ramanah, were named as the most successful young entrepreneurs in Mauritius through this company.
The group has gone on to diversify into Offshore Management, Property, Leisure, Agro-business and Manufacturing. The Promoters aim is to create a group that will drive solid organic and investment growth.
