K Vishal Ramanah is a Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA); Holder of a MBA from the University of East London and a member of the Institute of Directors in Mauritius with genuine current management experience and proven business acumen in the United Kingdom and Mauritius. He is the founder of Global Business Incorp and VA Group Limited. He currently holds the posts of CEO of Global Business Incorp in UK and CEO of VA Group in Mauritius. Endowed with a strong determination to succeed and able to make a very positive contribution to the successful achievement of a companies goals and objectives.

2011 - Set up our Online Business cluster with the launching of www.carsalesmauritius.com

2010 – Setting up a new online incorporation business for worldwide incorporation

2009 – Set up KR Capital Investment Limited as our investment cluster focusing on property and land development. Set up our leisure division The Forbach Stables offering livery and riding services.

2008 – Personal relocation to Mauritius tied with a movement in company HQ’s to Mauritius while still having a strong presence and in London.

2007 – Developed Fides Partners for online company incorporation

2006 – Established Global Accountancy Centre in London

2006 – Expanded business activities in Mauritius by developing VA Group to include VA Global Business for company incorporation; Ramanah and Associates providing Accountancy services for Mauritians; Property construction and real estate services.

2005 – Won (along with K Adesh Ramanah) the Shell Young Entrepreneur award in Mauritius for our business achievements.

2004 – Established Worldwide Business Outsourcing in Mauritius to provide Accountancy Outsourcing services to a global market.
