Mr K Adesh Ramanah is holder of a BSc (Hons) Management with specialization in Marketing and an MBA with extensive Marketing and Strategic Planning experience. With a track record of defining and managing the implementation of corporate strategies, Mr K. Adesh Ramanah has been a key-contributor to enterprise-level planning and decision-making with consistent success in maximizing the corporate performance of VA Group. Being a determined individual with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, Mr K. Adesh Ramanah has been effective in overcoming complex business challenges and making high-stakes decisions within high-pressure environment and at a time when the economic crisis has been hitting really hard on business.
2011-2012 - Expansion and Diversification of the scope of activities of VA Group to better face the business challenges and adverse economic situation
2010 - Set up of VA Capital Management Limited, company licensed by the Financial Services Commission in Mauritius to provide Investment Advisory services.
2008-2009 - In collaboration with some UK Partners, engaged in the successful provision of investment advisory services to selected known clients established in UK.
2006 - 2007 - Diversification of Business portfolio in Mauritius through the creation of the following companies:
VA Global Business Ltd - Offshore Management company
Ramanah and Associates - Accounting services to local firms
VA Labels Limited - Manufacturing of clothing labels
2004 - Winner of the Shell Livewire Young Business Start-up Award (along with Mr Koosraj Ramanah]
2004 - Taking full executive lead for the set-up and functioning of a BPO firm in Mauritius to provide accounting services to global market
2006 - 2008 - Master of Business Administration
2000 - 2004 - BSc (Hons) Management with specialisation in Marketing
